Fine Line Moving and Delivery Service has a warehouse located in Hawthorne, NJ. Our staff is trained and experienced in taking quality care of your furniture. Our goal is to leave every delivery with a happy and satisfied customer.

Receiving, Inspection and Warehousing Procedures

  • We have a dock for receiving and offloading your furniture from all carriers. We do require an appointment so we ask our customers to notify the carriers of this request so they can accommodate.
  • Once items are received the staff will contact you via your contact preference advising your items are received and the inspection process has begun.
  • The warehouse staff has 48 hours to inspect and report any damage to your items.
  • Once inspection is complete your items will be pad wrapped and stored in our temperature controlled warehouse until you’re ready to schedule delivery. We offer 30- day free storage for your convenience.
  • Upon request customers, can have access to their inventory we offer Google access and Trello to allow full access to all items at Fine Line.

Scheduling and Delivery

  • As a smaller company, we are able to accommodate our customer’s busy schedules. Once you are ready to schedule the delivery we ask that you complete and submit a delivery request form with any time restraints and date you would like delivery complete. You can submit this form via email or fax.
  • We use web based routing on all our trucks to accommodate our customers’ busy schedules.
  • We contact you the day before your delivery to provide a four-hour time window. The crew also give a half hour courtesy call upon arrival for costumer’s convenience.
  • Upon arrival, our professional delivery crew will unwrap, place all items in the room of your choice, and remove all debris related to the delivery. Our crew is stocked with booties for foot protection, white gloves for hand protection, and floor protection.
  • As a part of our effort to provide excellent customer service we also offer post-delivery follow up. This is to insure every delivery is complete to the Fine Line Moving and Delivery standard.
